I have a feeling news in the Nexus travels a lot faster than Max hopes, and their trip home has just gotten extended by a bit. I hope that Dragonfly is super maneuverable, Max and Crystal may need to make a really quick escape.
As Max really doesn’t know how news travels within the nexus controlled systems(and neither do I at the moment…lol…I haven’t sat down and fleshed it out too much yet 😉 ), of course he is taking a risk in anything they do now…but anything would be better than just sitting there or heading somewhere and then running out of fuel.
Going to have to agree, of course I can’t help but wonder if they don’t meet someone else there that is also hoping that nexus news travels slowly, someone that Crystal especially won’t be happy to see.
There’s a lot of backstory still to come for Crystal…25 or so years worth…wow! That’s a lot of history to cover. Hopefully she sticks around long enough for it to be realized…or at least some of it…let’s see…25 years plus my age, puts it at me having to do Willow’s Grove until I am 69 years old…not that I am complaining…lol. And by then, I hope to have a larger audience…if not, I am REALLY doing something wrong (more so than now)
