The characters here (besides our Max & Crystal) are all supporting characters in a spin-off comic I have been toying around with making for a few years now. The comic would have Nick as the star and his life and experiences on the island of Piggypoke. When I originally showed the island, way back in Volume 1 when Nick was zapped off the Starblazer, it is called Piggypork. In fact, for my notes on the spinoff comic, that is what the island is called. When I did the recent mentions, I goofed up and called it Piggypoke, which along with Piggypork, are silly names. I could go along with it being Piggypoke now, but I have a published book of the first two web volumes out there (you bought your copy, right?) which sets the precedent so now I will have to go back and edit the comics already published with the wrong name in them. Ah well, these things happen when you self-edit and don’t use an island name for nearly 5 years, huh?

Maybe, with Max & Crystal spending their honeymoon on the island of PiggyPORK…heh…it will act as a pilot within a comic for the spin-off and it will get me off my butt and actually produce it. Sure, right, uh-huh.
