Ouch, the fact that Max thought that idea was a great one just cost me some respect for him. I mean I lost a lot from him cheating, but I think a lot of that stems from regret over lost opportunities. To cheat on Mel then think it’s ok to erase her memory of it just to continue doing to…..hrm.
heh, you know, even though he may think it is a great idea, nothing ever good comes from plotting to hide a misdeed…especially in the Groververse…it is actually fun to see how deep a hole he will dig for himself all to get what we wanted decades ago, mysteriously lost and found again by accident recently, even after marrying Mel and having kids, he will go out of his way and hatch hair-brained schemes because he feels his first choice for a wife has come back into his life. Will he learn that sometimes things happen for a reason? Probably not…;)
